The eastern edge of the Canadian Rockies is home to elk, cougars, bears, and other wildlife that follow ancient pathways along gentler slopes.

Do you want to learn more about the animals and fish that call the Bow Valley home? Drop by the NWMP Barracks to enjoy an afternoon of fun stories and puppet shows, hands-on activities and face mask crafts from the Canmore Museum’s team of storytellers and natural history interpreters and to meet some of the wildlife that call the area home.

This is a free program, but program registration is highly encouraged. Walk-in participation may be accomodated, capacity dependent. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
