On August 21, the Canmore Museum is honouring Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee with events that highlight service and duty as hallmarks of her 70-year reign as Queen of Canada. As part of these celebrations, we are hosting a thoughtful discussion that focuses on the duty and obligations of the Crown towards the seven nations that signed Treaty 7 and highlights the relationship between the Crown and the Îyârhe Nakoda today.
