CREATE IN THE GARDENS: AUTUMN ARRANGEMENTS
Join us in the cozy NWMP Barracks for a hands-on floral workshop that celebrates the colours and textures of autumn. With the expert guidance of Deborah Foley from Garden Moods, you will create two unique arrangements that reflect the abundance of the season.
🍂 Foraged Fall Arrangement – Learn how to easily and sustainably forage plants, flowers, and foliage from your own neighbourhood to create a temporary arrangement that highlights the beauty of the season. Discover tips for identifying and gathering materials that are both safe and stunning.
🌾 Dried Arrangement – Using dried plants, you will craft a long-lasting arrangement that captures the earthy warmth of autumn and can be enjoyed well beyond the fall season.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to connect with nature, learn new creative skills, or simply enjoy a mindful evening surrounded by community. Whether you’re an experienced floral enthusiast or a beginner, Deborah will guide you step by step to ensure you leave with arrangements you’ll be proud to display in your home.
All supplies are included, and participants will take home both their fresh and dried arrangements.
Please register by October 9th to secure your spot.
This event is part of our Garden Gatherings series, made possible with funding from the Town of Canmore.
