Members of the Centennial Museum Society of Canmore and interested members of the public are invited to join us for the 2021 Canmore Museum AGM on Thursday June 24th at 7pm. Given the ongoing the circumstances of Covid-19 we will once again be conducting a virtual meeting using Zoom.
MEMBERS + VOTING
Only current members are eligible to vote at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. Please ensure that your membership is up to date prior to the Annual General Meeting. You can renew your membership on our website here >> renew membership.
If you are unable to attend the virtual meeting as a Society Member, you will be able to vote on all motions by completing the Proxy form and returning it marked “Attention Secretary” by email to director@canmoremuseum.com or by mail to PO Box 8849, Canmore, AB T1W 0C1. To be valid, completed Proxy forms must be received by 7:00 pm on June 22, 2021.
To receive and consider motions properly brought before the meeting, motions must be moved and seconded by members at the meeting before proceeding to a discussion. Motions can be submitted to the Secretary by email at director@canmoremuseum.com or by letter to PO Box 8849, Canmore, AB T1W 0C1 and must be received on or before 7:00 pm on June 22, 2021.
