Canmore was once a bustling coal mining town full of many interesting personalities. Pine Tree Players brings this rich history to life through live street theatre performances. Learn more about our town and iconic locals Lawrence Grassi and Mary Rodda, as they once again walk the streets of Canmore.

Civic Centre Courtyard
About 100 years ago, flappers were kicking up their heels to the Charleston in dance halls across Canada. Join us in the Civic Centre courtyard and catch a bit of that exciting time with dance performances from the 1920’s era to the music from the Dixieland Jazz Band. You can also give it a try under the guidance of a dance instructor.
