HELP US BUILD A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. DONATE TODAY.

You can make a difference in four areas …

OPERATIONS

The sustainability of the Museum relies on earned revenues from museum shop sales, program revenues, membership fees and donations. Donations account for 12% of our annual core revenues. Without you we cannot continue to serve the community. With growing operations, this area is our critical need.

2021 Target:  $25,000

EDUCATION

Expanding on our current onsite school programs and self-directed learning opportunities for schools and youth groups, our new and innovative Museum@School program for Grades 3 to 7 launched this year, connecting the classroom with the Museum and the community through a wealth of education resources.

2021 Target:  $10,000

CULTURE + HERITAGE

From built heritage to artifacts and archives, the Canmore Museum preserves our community’s stories.  Current projects include Stories That Matter, Places That Matter, Indigenous Stories, and the Canmore Museum Collections Re-Imagined.

2021 Target:  $10,000

INNOVATION

Explore our community, our collections and our stories online and in the palm of your hand with new initiatives like digital walking tours and our Museum@Home digital streaming service with new museum programs, films and series added monthly.

2021 Target:  $5,000
